Reservations
We suggest that you fill out this form when making reservations it is easier for us to process and we can guarantee your reservation faster. Of course you can always call us or fax your reservation over to us. Click Here For A Printable Version Of This Form and fax it to us. The price for a 2009 weekend is $280.00, three night weekends are $370.00.

Deposits & Refund Policy
A $50.00 non refundable deposit is required to hold your weekend date. In the event you can not make your date we will credit your account $25.00 for any other available weekend up to one year away, if you cancel more than 3 weeks before the event. If you cancel less than 3 weeks before the event, the deposit is forfeited. If you cancel within 72 hours of your weekend or do not show up on your reserved night, your credit card will be charged the full amount of your weekend less any deposit received. Refunds are given only when Scrap & Spa cancels a date for unforeseen reasons and no other arrangements can be made. More information on our policies can be read here.

Payment
A credit card deposit is required and will hold your spot immediately. If you do not want to send it over the Internet leave your credit card number on our secure voice mail or fax it over to us.

Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover / Novus Cards and American Express. We also accept Visa and MasterCard Check Cards / Banking Cards. As of January 1, 2007 The CVV (Card Identifier Number) number is required by Visa & MasterCard when the Credit Card Is Not present. We cannot process your order without it. Without The CVV Number All Cards are Automatically Declined. Whats This?
